Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions Pty Ltd t/a Scanzone reserves the right to alter or change operational conditions of the Rewards and Loyalty programme or to terminate it at any point. In the event of programme termination, points earned will remain valid for 30 days.

Any abuse whatsoever of the rewards and loyalty programme by any person constitutes a criminal offence and Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions Pty Ltd t/a Scanzone reserves the right to cancel such person’s membership and withhold all points from her/his account.
Being registered as a member of the ScanZone’s reward and loyalty programme irrevocably signifies your agreement to the above Terms and Conditions. Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions Pty Ltd t/a Scanzone does not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, and death or asset damage howsoever arising from inclusion or participation in the Reward and Loyalty programme.
To earn points for transactions, the customer must be logged into his/her online Scanzone account, at the time of concluding and making payment for relative goods and services on Scanzone’s digital platforms.
Two (2) points maybe be earned for every one (1) rand spent on the online platform when purchasing goods or services. Points can only be earned on sub-total amounts at check out. Points cannot be earned on shipping or tax amounts. Six hundred (600) reward or loyalty points is equivalent to one (1) South African rand which can be utilized to discount products on Scanzone’s online platform against products and services exclusive of shipping and taxes.
Reward and loyalty points earned and converted into rand value on Scanzone’s digital platform cannot be utilized against promotional products or services.
Reward and Loyalty points will only be awarded on his/her account upon successful completion and payment of goods and services ordered via the Scanzone’s digital platform.
Should failure of payment occur on Scanzone’s digital platforms for ordered goods and services, points allocated to that specific failed transaction will be reversed from his/her loyalty account to reflect the same.
Please allow a maximum of five (5) days for points to be allocated to your account. Points earned are only valid for a period of twelve (12) months, after which all points will expire and will be reset to zero (0) value.
